This digitized process is user-friendly, following four simple steps to finalize
incorporation.
1. Name Reservation
Submit an application (Form A) for company name reservation with the SECP .
Pay the prescribed fee using a bank challan.
2. Company Incorporation
Once the name is reserved and the fee paid, proceed with the incorporation process
through the SECP & eZFile portal .
Provide detailed company information, including details for the Board of Directors
and subscribers.
3. Documents Required
ID Documents:Copies of CNICs for Directors and CEO (or passports for
foreigners).
Memorandum and Articles of Association:These foundational documents outline
the company & purpose and internal rules.
Bank Challan:A copy of the paid bank challan for the registration fee.
Rent Agreement or Title Document:Proof of the business premises address.
4. Finalize and Receive Certificate
After submitting the incorporation request and all required documents, pay the
company registration cost as per SECP guidelines.
Upon approval, the SECP will issue the Company Incorporation Certificate.

2. Annual Returns & Compliance
